Dr. Eitan Daniel, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist with extensive experience helping individuals improve their mobility, strength, balance, and independence. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Long Island University and has worked at leading healthcare institutions, including NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, the University of Michigan Medical Center, and Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

Medicare, Insurance & Self-Pay
JointWorks Rehab provides skilled outpatient physical therapy in the comfort of your home. Your visits are billed to Medicare Part B in the same manner as treatment received at a traditional outpatient physical therapy clinic.
When Medicare’s requirements are met, Medicare pays its approved portion of covered services. Any applicable deductible, coinsurance, or secondary insurance responsibility still applies. Our team can verify your benefits before your first appointment and explain your expected coverage.
Self-pay options are also available for individuals without insurance coverage and for services not covered by their insurance plan. Contact us to discuss pricing and payment options.
